Login Process
1. Click on Procurement link; and then on Accor Marketplace:Franchise link.
2. Click on Marketplace button to enter the Accor Marketplace.
3. Enter your User ID and Password to log on.
Note: To add this page to your browser favorites, go to the browser menu bar. Click the “Favorites” menu, and then click the “Add to Favorites” option to complete the process.
Check INBOX for New Items
1. On the “BUYER HOME” page column, go to the "INBOX” area.
2. Click any of the links, such as the “Message Total”.
Search for Items
1. On the BUYER HOME page go to the “Search” area located in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
2. Type the keyword or item number in the “Search” text box.
3. The first drop-down box defaults to "Products”.
4. The second drop-down box defaults to “Everywhere”
5. Click the Search button.
6. A list of products will appear.
7. Click the item link to open the item details.
How to Find Items in the Accor Marketplace Catalog
1. On the BUYER HOME page, go to the center column – Favorite Folders and Accor Marketplace.
2. Click the link to the ANA Marketplace category you want to view. Click the link to the subcategory you want to view.
3. A list of items will be displayed. Use the scroll bar to scroll down and see additional items.
4. Click the item link to open the item details.
5. From here, you can add items to your Shopping Cart or to your Favorite Folders.
Create your own Favorite Folder
1. Click on the Buyer to show the drop down box.
2. From the drop down box, select “Favorite Products”
3. Select “New Folder” located on the upper right of the screen.
4. Enter the name of the new folder.
5. Click “Save”.
Add Items to A Favorite Folder
1. On the BUYER HOME page, find items using “Search”, “Favorite Folders” or the ANA catalog.
2. In the list of selected items that appear, check the box beside each item you want to add to your Favorite Folders. Scroll down and see additional items.
3. Click “Copy to Folder” button at the bottom of the page.
4. A box titled “Favorite Folders Categories” will appear.
5. From the drop down box choose the folder you would like to place your items. Then Click the “copy” icon.
6. To view your “Favorite Products” folders, click the “BUYER Drop Down” box at the top left of the page.
7. Click the "FAVORITE PRODUCTS" link.
9. In the FAVORITE PRODUCTS window, click the drop down box to expand the Favorite Folder categories. You can add products to your Shopping cart.

Add Items to Shopping Cart
1. On the BUYER HOME page, find items using “Search”, “Favorite Folders” or the ANA catalog.
2. Click the check box to select items you wish to add to the cart.
3. Click the “Add to Cart” button at the bottom of the page.
4. Click “Ok” in the small window that appears.
5. To view items in your Shopping Cart, go to the upper-right corner of the screen to the “Shopping Cart” icon and click.
6. On the SHOPPING CART page, the list of items you have selected will appear.
7. Review your list of items for accuracy.
8. If necessary, edit the quantity of each item.
9. If edits were done, click the “Save” icon at the lower left of the page to recalculate the “Shopping Cart” total.
Create New PO from Shopping Cart
1. Add products to your Shopping Cart.
2. Click the “Create PO” button.
3. In the PURCHASE ORDER window, select the supplier and click “Create PO”.
4. Add a subject title in the SUBJECT field in the upper portion of the PO i.e.: “March 2004 Order”.
5. Double check the quantities and make changes if needed. Click “update” or “save” if changes were made.
6. Click on button labeled “Validate". If all required information is correct, you may continue.
7. Click the "SUBMIT" button to submit the PO.
Nominated Suppliers
Q. What is a Nominated Supplier?
A. A Nominated Supplier is a supplier who has signed a Nominated Supplier Agreement with Accor North America (ANA).
Q. What is an incentive?
A. An incentive is a rebate paid by the supplier to ANA based on the volume of purchases made with the supplier. The more that is purchased from a Nominated Supplier, the larger the incentive payment.
Q. When do I receive my Incentive Payment?
A. Your incentive payment will be posted in your account in credit memo form at the end of each annual quarter.
